I walked into Tori Baskett's office a year ago, freshly separated, and having been out of the job market for nearly a decade. She recognized something in me and immediately placed me with a state agency, where I am still working today. I love my job and I love the transparency and communication from Talent Framework and from Tori specifically. She is always supportive and always there to help answer any questions I may have - or even just to vent to after a hard day.
