I walked into Tori Baskett's office a year ago, freshly separated, and having been out of the job market for nearly a decade. She recognized something in me and immediately placed me with a state agency, where I am still working today. I love my job and I love the transparency and communication from Talent Framework and from Tori specifically. She is always supportive and always there to help answer any questions I may have - or even just to vent to after a hard day. Talent Framework has enabled me to develop professionally as well as personally and it is an experience I wouldn't trade for the world.

Wow! After 2 months of continuous online applications with no communication and several failed interviews with other employment agencies I finally found Tori Basket at Talent Framework. She really listened to what I was looking for and with her skills , knowledge and incredible network of Reno - Sparks employers she matched me with an amazing workplace and I got the Job! This is the place to go to get a career job. They will interview you and evaluate your resume. After they talk to you they start finding jobs that you will like. Jobs that fit your career goals. I definitely would recommend Talent Framework to anyone looking for a great career. Tori Bassett is an amazing talent specialist!!!!

I have always been up and down working from place to place. I then started working for Talent Framework and by far the best Temp Agency I have ever worked with. Even if you knew it was for a limited time you where confident in lnowing they would take care of you with something new, keeping a Job in your everyday routine. So yes. I would most definitely recommend this Agency to anyone that's looking for work, a full time job or even a career.....

I applied and set up a time to meet when my boyfriend had a motorcycle accident requiring emergency surgery and I was unable to make our meeting. I emailed her a day before letting her know of this and that I could be there the same time, next day, and got NO response. The website link she gave was giving me problems, I emailed her that telling her I'd see her soon. She calls leaves a very condescending voicemail how she can't reschedule with me at all. I call her back and she was like "ya know it's just not cool to miss your first interview" I again explained everything, she was so unreceptive she just kept cutting me off and wouldn't reschedule, just gave me excuse after excuse. Who wants to work with someone like that?!👎

So I have gone through a few temp agencies in town and Talent Framework is by far the best agency. As soon as I applied for a job through this agency, I got a call from Terena Koontzy, one of the agents there, and she was so nice and helpful with getting me a job! I have little job experience and she got me a job that afternoon. I absolutely love working with her. If I ever had and questions or comments I would email her and she would get back to me instantly. She placed me somewhere where I love working and the people are awesome. She is a life savor because it is really hard to find a job with little experience here in town. She rocks!!! Talent Framework is an amazing agency and they place you somewhere you fit in and are happy with what you are doing. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. If you can't find a job or are stuck at a job you don't like, I suggest Talent Framework. They are awesome!!
