Very bad and rude customer service (if it can be called that). Had to have a lengthy email discussion to get my forms in German or English as the (rude) woman was insisting in sending French documents and I live in ZH. Couple of weeks ago again they sent French documents despite all the back and forth email communication on the topic. To the rude woman: If you are unhappy at work, just quit already and dont be in a client facing role! Never will I work with your company again. I have sent my complaint to Randstad already.
