Zusätzlich bin ich absolut unzufrieden mit dem Informationsfluss, sowie der Bearbeitungszeiten. Für die Bearbeitung des Antrages verstreichen mindestens 30 Tage. Es muss immer aktiv per e-Mail, wie auch telefonisch nachgefragt werden damit es voran geht! Wäre das nicht genug braucht es von Eingang des Antrages für die Auszahlung bis zur Bestätigung des Empfanges nochmals fast 3 Wochen. Die kurze telefonische Erreichbarkeit sowie ausbleibende Antworten auf Mails ist absolut unprofessionell und inakzeptabel. Man wird ständig mit Entschuldigungen vertröstet wie beispielsweise das zuviel Anträge zur Bearbeitung pendent wären. In so einem Fall wäre eine entsprechende Aufstockung des Personals das absolute Minimum. Auch bleiben entsprechende Informationen bez. des aktuellen Standes aus, weswegen nicht ersichtlich ist ob noch Information benötigt werden um die Bearbeitungszeit zu verkürzen. Kurzum es braucht sehr viel Verbesserung und Transparenz bei temptraining!!!
