AVOID these losers at all costs. I initially applied for an 'immediate opening', and scheduled an interview soon after for the next day. Went in, did the paperwork, went through the process. It takes me about 40 minutes each way to even get to their closest office. Didn't hear anything, followed up several times. Was told they were 'still looking', they will call me. Meanwhile, I applied for another posting they had listed for a company in Janesville. Soon after, received a call from someone there named 'Shantanu Mukherjee.' He asked if I could come in for an interview. I said 'sure' but I was just there last week. Apparently, I had to go in again for this new opportunity. I show up, sign in, wait for 20 minutes, before this 'Mark' guy up front says 'oh you were already here last week... you don't need to interview again! We're still looking for you.' I tried explaining to him, Shan told me to come in again today, I didn't know, and he rudely cut me off saying 'Oh, he just schedules people to come in! He's just an *outside recruiter*', he has no way of knowing if I came in or not, as if I'm just supposed to know how the process there works already. And I was trying to explain that I notified Shan of this before he rudely cut me off. So I drove back home, contacted 'Shan' asking what the next step was. Oh, then he tells me he needs to see my resume! I need to e-mail it to him. OK, after two trips out there, multiple communications, and I've filled out multiple applications/submitted my resume to each, and now you need me to send it again for your review? Yeah, talk about RUN-AROUND. Anyways, sent the resume, followed up maybe once or twice, still didn't hear anything back. Well guess what, I already got set up with the same job through another agency, so I won't be needing you anymore. Thanks for wasting my time and gas. As if they even cared to begin with. Literally zero people-skills/horrible communication all-around. Mark acts like you're bothering them when you call. I could be making you guys money right now, ya know? Also, the chairs in the lobby are literally some of the most uncomfortable I've ever sat in. Just zero passion for helping people, and I swear everyone there must be half-asleep. I'm confident this place won't sustain.
