This place is a terrible place to go to find work. They don't help nor do they communicate properly with one another. It's very unprofessional. Every single time I call, the recruiter is "interviewing" somebody. Apparently they interview people for 3 hours on end?? When I called to see if they had anything recently. The receptionist said I'd get a cal back after another supposed interview, I said, "That's funny, every time I call, she is interviewing someone. Are you not a temp agency? I thought your job was to help people find work quick." They proceeded to block my number so I can't call anymore. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Stay far away.

This place has helped me more times then not.I went in back in april may of last year they were able to place me w a company thats a subsidiary for chrysler.in which im now a team lead/mecanic for i make decent money doing what i do and enjoy my job.thanks to mary and mark for your help.

Sustainable Staffing did awesome for me! The first time applying with them, they found me a fulltime 830-5 monday-friday job, 8 minutes down the street from my home in South Beloit. Which previously I was driving about 35 minutes into Rockord every day and was working saturdays. Everything I wanted, plus more money!! I had an interview the next day after applying, then the following day I heard back I got the job. Going on a couple weeks at the new job& I was just told by the owner here at my new job CB Distributors that I will be hired on after 90 days and getting a buck more an hour if I just come to work everyday. Seems like my kinda job :) My life is so much better now and I owe it all to this staffing agency!!

AVOID these losers at all costs. I initially applied for an 'immediate opening', and scheduled an interview soon after for the next day. Went in, did the paperwork, went through the process. It takes me about 40 minutes each way to even get to their closest office. Didn't hear anything, followed up several times. Was told they were 'still looking', they will call me. Meanwhile, I applied for another posting they had listed for a company in Janesville. Soon after, received a call from someone there named 'Shantanu Mukherjee.' He asked if I could come in for an interview. I said 'sure' but I was just there last week. Apparently, I had to go in again for this new opportunity. I show up, sign in, wait for 20 minutes, before this 'Mark' guy up front says 'oh you were already here last week... you don't need to interview again! We're still looking for you.' I tried explaining to him, Shan told me to come in again today, I didn't know, and he rudely cut me off saying 'Oh, he just schedules people to come in! He's just an *outside recruiter*', he has no way of knowing if I came in or not, as if I'm just supposed to know how the process there works already. And I was trying to explain that I notified Shan of this before he rudely cut me off. So I drove back home, contacted 'Shan' asking what the next step was. Oh, then he tells me he needs to see my resume! I need to e-mail it to him. OK, after two trips out there, multiple communications, and I've filled out multiple applications/submitted my resume to each, and now you need me to send it again for your review? Yeah, talk about RUN-AROUND. Anyways, sent the resume, followed up maybe once or twice, still didn't hear anything back. Well guess what, I already got set up with the same job through another agency, so I won't be needing you anymore. Thanks for wasting my time and gas. As if they even cared to begin with. Literally zero people-skills/horrible communication all-around. Mark acts like you're bothering them when you call. I could be making you guys money right now, ya know? Also, the chairs in the lobby are literally some of the most uncomfortable I've ever sat in. Just zero passion for helping people, and I swear everyone there must be half-asleep. I'm confident this place won't sustain.

My husband was told he was terminated on a job. They never asked him if he had any problems or asked him about his experience. Sent to a factory was never oriented to job. Team leader never toke time to orient him to company paperwork. Expected him to run several machines as a new employee. Sustainable staffing just sends you to a job but doesnt care about you after. Never even called to ask him what happened.

Ha, clearly the only good reviews about this place are Fake ones made by the actual company itself to do damage control against Real reviews. The owner blames the clientele after each bad review and tries to play it off like the bad ones are the fake ones. Good job!

They don't bother to call you when an assignment ends. I don't recommend going to these guys unless it's a very last resort. I was sick for a few days and had car trouble, so the company they had me at decided to end my assignment with them, but I never got a call saying anything. Waste of gas, considering it was over a 30 minute drive just to the place they had me at. They don't seem to actually listen to any of their voicemail's that are left for them.
