Home sold but little if any communication about the feedback received. Had to constantly ask if they were following up with buyers who viewed home and were interested. And response time was not fast. Left you hanging a lot. You will get what you pay for when dealing with this realtor. I would not recommend them. And don’t expect to personally speak to Evelyn. She will only answer in email. Maybe a text. And you may get that return email days later. Just expect the least possible effort if you use this realtor.
