Ashley Murphy did an excellent job of getting my condo sold. She had a buyer in about 10 days. I had a difficult buyer and she worked tirelessly to help get the sale process completed. Basically if you are just selling a property and not buying a replacement this is probably not your best option. Agent charges a reduced commission to list the property but if you’re not buying a home they don’t put in much effort in getting your home sold, basically they will put a sign in your yard , get it on the internet and hope someone sells it. The listing agent told me the are hoping that one of their buyers agents sell it, in 4 months not one of Sunshine’s agents showed the property.Zero communication or direction in helping you get it sold. House on the market over 100 days in Wentzville, not even many showings due to agent overpricing propertyIt’s a great price/commission they charge but I would say you have to price your house low to draw interest, well, I guess you get what you pay for.

We had a great experience with Evelyn and we not only sold fast we sold the day she placed the sign on our lawn and before on the MLS. Dana was a pleasure to work with and kept us updated at all times. I can't recommend Sunshine Realty any higher and the extra money we saved was a God send! Evelyn is the Best Realtor in St. Charles County and her business plan is excellent and produces quick results as you can see from the reviews!
