Terrible customer service.I met Ruslan in mid 2018 about solving my personal and business tax issues. He was kind at the time and later requested me to submit necessary documents, which I did. However my good experience ended right there as well.Now six months have passed. Nothing has happened. Countless unanswered emails and phone calls just proved their inability of taking care of their customers.Don’t waste your time. Better bringing your business elsewhere.
