I originally contacted stellar adjusting as they were referred to me by my in-laws and I saw they had a lot of good reviews. Unlike most reviews here, I had to proactively contact then as my messages would go unanswered. When I was finally able to reach someone, they asked my to forward a copy of the denial letter I received from my insurance company and they would get back in touch with me. I emailed “Rami” the denial letter within minutes. A week goes by and I had not received a response by phone or email so I call again and speak with someone else (jotega) who tells me to forward him the denial letter by email which I do immediately. After 4 weeks and calling and never receiving a return call it response to my emails, I gave up on trying to use Stellar as obviously they were to busy to respond to a potential client who was trying to hire them.I later find out that the settlement my in-laws received using them was less that adequate to cover their cost of their repairs.In the end, I ended up hiring a different Public Adjusting company that was very responsive and was able to get me a settlement offer in less time than I spent trying to hire Stellar.
