I originally contacted stellar adjusting as they were referred to me by my in-laws and I saw they had a lot of good reviews. Unlike most reviews here, I had to proactively contact then as my messages would go unanswered. When I was finally able to reach someone, they asked my to forward a copy of the denial letter I received from my insurance company and they would get back in touch with me. I emailed “Rami” the denial letter within minutes. A week goes by and I had not received a response by phone or email so I call again and speak with someone else (jotega) who tells me to forward him the denial letter by email which I do immediately. After 4 weeks and calling and never receiving a return call it response to my emails, I gave up on trying to use Stellar as obviously they were to busy to respond to a potential client who was trying to hire them.I later find out that the settlement my in-laws received using them was less that adequate to cover their cost of their repairs.In the end, I ended up hiring a different Public Adjusting company that was very responsive and was able to get me a settlement offer in less time than I spent trying to hire Stellar.

Without a doubt, this is the best public adjuster in Florida. I’ve dealt with several public adjusters over the years. Ashlee Tapia and her team were a pleasure to work with. From the moment we first spoke on the phone, Ashlee warmly greeted us and treated us like family. The entire Stellar Adjusting team genuinely care about their clients. I experienced firsthand how Ashlee did everything she could to expedite our claim, answer all our questions, and make sure we got the money we needed to fix our condo after a massive flood. The entire Stellar Adjusting team who came to our condo was professional and a pleasure to work with. A huge thank you to Ben, Iris, Barbara, and Drew. Truly a first class operation! Stellar was fabulous. They took care of everything for me. They were easy to deal with and were there whenever I needed them. They fought for me when the insurance company didn't want to pay for my damages. Would highly recommend them. I would like to thank Konica and Andria for all there help.

I would need to write a novel on the impeccable service that I received from Stellar. On my first visit with Maureen, to my “handler” lol that’s what I’ll call Konita because she handled EVERY problem big or small, something to worry about or not, she did it all. I was hoping and praying that we get enough to complete all our damages and with the expertise that Remy has (I hope I spelled it right) we got it!!! I am thankful that I trusted Stellar, there were times that in my eyes that things weren’t going so well but the outcome proved that they knew what they were doing and Stellar does it well!!
