They never answer the phone and the customer service is horrible. get home owners insurance here, use it, and then they will drop you. I’ve had these guys from 2015 until September 1st of this year, had to use them because of the obvious little storms we get here in woodland park and a water leak that occurred and then I get a letter on the 5th of September saying my insurance is cancelled as of September 1st. Then on top of that, they tell me the only way I can fix this is if I bundle my auto insurance with them. Psh! What a joke! They even had the audacity to tell me that because of my two claims I won’t find anyone else with a better rate other than the group they recommend, lie! I just got off the phone with usaa and I have better coverage and it’s even cheaper than what I was paying with state farm! This place is an absolute joke I wish I would have never went with them!
