Feedback:

This payroll system is WAY too difficult and WAY too many steps and is not user friendly. It should not take 2 hours to process a payroll of only 20 employees (most of which are salary). Customer service is about the worst ever! It feels as if you are inconveniencing them if you dare call to ask a question about their system! Further, they failed to make our 4Q payroll tax payments and did NOT notify us about it. We found out via letter from the IRS! When we called to question why the tax payment had not been made, they didn't respond for weeks and then advised that "it was being handled."
