Worst customer service ever. Before going in I called to check how much they charge to notarize a document. The lady on the phone had a rude tone but I needed to get a document notarized and this was the closest place. I went in and signed the document in their presence per their instructions and per the document's instructions. They then wrote up a separate sheet and notarized it because according to them, my document had the incorrect verbiage. They refused to notarize the document I brought in and notarized a document they created which was not what I agreed to. Both ladies working here were rude and wasted my time. They should have communicated this issue before they instructed to sign the document. Now I have to go to another place and get my document notarized. Good thing I brought copies of the document as I need to sign the document in a Notary Public's presence. I will never come here again.
