Super quick and great customer service! The woman helped me take my rather large box out of my car and found me the cheapest shipping. They even retaped my package for me when I had to put something else inside.Overall, they were super great. I totally recommend!

Worst customer service ever. Before going in I called to check how much they charge to notarize a document. The lady on the phone had a rude tone but I needed to get a document notarized and this was the closest place. I went in and signed the document in their presence per their instructions and per the document's instructions. They then wrote up a separate sheet and notarized it because according to them, my document had the incorrect verbiage. They refused to notarize the document I brought in and notarized a document they created which was not what I agreed to. Both ladies working here were rude and wasted my time. They should have communicated this issue before they instructed to sign the document. Now I have to go to another place and get my document notarized. Good thing I brought copies of the document as I need to sign the document in a Notary Public's presence. I will never come here again.

Very helpful great customer service they have many shipping options to get you the lowest shipping cost.Cesar is great and knowledgeable on how to sell on Amazon or eBay. I went in to ship a item that I sold on Amazon, and Ceasr taught me how to buy shipping and have the shipping labe printed from my Amazon seller account.

Had to get a fishing reel shipped asap to secure good feedback from a very particular buyer. Well, sounds easy enough, except no shipping services are open on Sundays. I found these guys on google and needed the service, so I made my way down. After being assisted by Ceaser, I literally will never go to any other shipping service provider. He saved me money on my total shipping cost by modifying the box to have less dimensions. Thanks Ceaser! Support your small business, support Pack n Ship!

SG Pack n Ship is pretty legit! They’ve helped me out with plenty of packages I’m constantly shipping out stuff for eBay through USPS and FedEx. Haven’t had a problem with things getting out and delivered on time. They’ve also packed items up for me that I did not have the adequate supplies for. Real nice people and they make it look too easy!
