Not very helpful, didn't even look over my resume considering what I did for a very long time qualifies me in any administrative setting. I felt an uneasy Hawaiian born racism towards me personally as someone from out of State and new to the Island. All the interviewer cared about was my WPM typing skills. I type 40 WPM, and her test clocked me at 42, however because she doesn't know how to read low end to high end performance she says it's 37 WPM. That said because their office requires you to have 45 WPM I asked "SO if a admin/clerk position opens you won't call me?" She insisted in her Hawaiian accent, "We will call you eh, or you call-us once a week eh" And that was immediately after when I said what specifically I was looking for she offered what she said "I have a job for you right now-data entry" but after I took that pithy test that offer went out the window. I've been in this business for 10 years and move out here to Hawaii and come across nothing but racism and bigotry. If you're someone less educated, and don't even have a GED, yes by all means use this company, they'll get you behind the wheel of a truck or behind McDonalds cashier windows right away. If you're educated and worked in an office for 10 years typing, telephone, PC, customer service and billing, use your own resources. Good jobs only go to Hawaiian locals, not out of State newly relocated people. (-1 star if I could.)
