Working for Source It was a great experience since they kept me busy. They offer a variety of positions and are fair. I would definitely use Source It again, for either a temp-to-hire position or some one-day catering/concessions job. If you show professionalism they will always work hard to put you in the right place.

Applied .said they would call me back when a job comes up. Called a week later, lady said that she will give me a call back in a few minutes because she had to take a call. "2 weeks later" still waiting

Upon moving to Oahu I had very little knowledge of job opportunities or even where to start looking. I saw a job posting from Source It Staffing to work at a Luau. I submitted my information online, subsequently went in for an interview and was then sent to my very first gig the following day. The interview process was professional and hassle free . The first job they sent me on was only supposed to be 3 days long but it turned into so much more. Once Carley and her team know you are reliable, they will send you to all sorts of different , unique jobs or find you a more permanent full time job if that is what you are looking for. Source It kept me busy and sent me to some wonderful places on the island that I would never otherwise known of. Best of all, I only had to interview that one initial time. It’s been a really great way for me to get know and experience the island all while having fun, meeting new people and getting paid. I would highly recommend working with Source It based on the variety of jobs , the flexibility it allows for work / life balance and the professional team on staff.

Misleading, small office which is totally ok but was told to cover for 2 weeks for owners son while on vacation and 3 days later was told office work was very slow wasn't needed anymore, never really was trained just thrown in the fire and assuming was gonna stay for the receptionist position which is open and that didn't happen. Sad experience. 2 people running the office. Wish they would give candidates a CHANCE TO LEARN.

Not very helpful, didn't even look over my resume considering what I did for a very long time qualifies me in any administrative setting. I felt an uneasy Hawaiian born racism towards me personally as someone from out of State and new to the Island. All the interviewer cared about was my WPM typing skills. I type 40 WPM, and her test clocked me at 42, however because she doesn't know how to read low end to high end performance she says it's 37 WPM. That said because their office requires you to have 45 WPM I asked "SO if a admin/clerk position opens you won't call me?" She insisted in her Hawaiian accent, "We will call you eh, or you call-us once a week eh" And that was immediately after when I said what specifically I was looking for she offered what she said "I have a job for you right now-data entry" but after I took that pithy test that offer went out the window. I've been in this business for 10 years and move out here to Hawaii and come across nothing but racism and bigotry. If you're someone less educated, and don't even have a GED, yes by all means use this company, they'll get you behind the wheel of a truck or behind McDonalds cashier windows right away. If you're educated and worked in an office for 10 years typing, telephone, PC, customer service and billing, use your own resources. Good jobs only go to Hawaiian locals, not out of State newly relocated people. (-1 star if I could.)

I have been looking to move back out to Hawaii for some time, but not having a job has held me back.. I got ahold of Source It and they helped me find a part time job within a week. Highly recommend them.

Great staffing agency in Honolulu area. Its a small agency but gave that OHANA feeling! They cater to my needs and gave me the attention when looking for a job! Got great response from a small staffing agency, which impressed me! Definitely add your application with them, they will work hard for you!
