Feedback:
I have had to switch back to the old days and request paper checks. The online system at Solex is extremely UN user friendly and not intuitive to navigate for the simplest of tasks. I now get paper checks via US Mail, this is more reliable and takes all the problems away from the online system they provide. I highly recommend after years of using online services and direct deposit to avoid this company if you are looking for a true online payroll provider.
