I have been with Solex Payroll Systems for over 15 years. To be able to say that I still get the same exceptional customer service that I got from my first payroll is amazing. Matt has built an incredible team. I have had to call on them at various times and someone is always there to answer my questions. They are up to speed on changes with new tax laws which is a relief for me. They have saved me money over the years. This is the company to be with if you want professional top- notch service.

I have had to switch back to the old days and request paper checks. The online system at Solex is extremely UN user friendly and not intuitive to navigate for the simplest of tasks. I now get paper checks via US Mail, this is more reliable and takes all the problems away from the online system they provide. I highly recommend after years of using online services and direct deposit to avoid this company if you are looking for a true online payroll provider.

If you are using a payroll service other than Solex, you need to contact them to see what they can do for you. You will most likely save money on payroll, while getting great service as well. If you are not using any payroll service, it may make sense, and you should look no further than Solex.
