Feedback:

I called and asked for guidance on two separate occasions, informing them that I wasn't sure how to proceed, and instead of imparting any wisdom, I was given a very rude response that there "is no magic button.." that will help me and a very callous "Good luck". Apparently, asking for help is stupid. Any free advice or difficult questions that I had asked were because I honestly did not know what is okay to ask and what isn't. They assumed I knew that I was asking too much and gave me attitude. They mistook my ignorance as rudeness when in fact, I truly just did not know what was expected of me. I do not trust them to help educate me and will not be paying for their services.
