I paid them 500.00 to do my taxes in April and it is now December and apparently the IRS "lost"my return .I have called and asked what to do and they have told me they will send me a paper return to mail and now 2 weeks later I am again calling to ask for it.In my experience the IRS sends you an email confirmation when they receive your income tax return that was filed electronically. Since they are the ones that filed electronically for me I believe they should have gotten confirmation! I'm not impressed .I'm sure I'll end up paying the penalties for mistakes they made!
