If you purchase merchandise you'd better not plan on returning it. I returned an item about one month ago. UPS tracking verified it was received by the company a day later and I still haven't received a credit. I've talked with four different customer service representatives and my inquiries have fallen on deaf ears. The Customer Service Manager, Dan Glass, was made aware of this as well yet no verifiable action has been taken. Now I ask, is the way a reputable company should treat their customers? I hope this feedback will serve as a warning to other shoppers. Beware!
