Feedback:

If you purchase merchandise you'd better not plan on returning it. I returned an item about one month ago. UPS tracking verified it was received by the company a day later and I still haven't received a credit. I've talked with four different customer service representatives and my inquiries have fallen on deaf ears. The Customer Service Manager, Dan Glass, was made aware of this as well yet no verifiable action has been taken. Now I ask, is the way a reputable company should treat their customers? I hope this feedback will serve as a warning to other shoppers. Beware!

Feedback:

For  my first purchase with School Health, I ordered 10 boxes/10 bags a box, of cotton tip applicators. That would be a total of 100 bags of  cotton tip applicators. When I received the order and open the case I was surprise to see that the all  bags were loose instead of in their boxes as I am used to  I was not very  happy with this, as it makes storing them neatly difficult but I was willing to let it go until I decided to count them.  To my surprised there were 98 instead of the 100 bags  I paid for.I sent them an email explaining the issue. I did receive an immediate  response with the usual "we are sorry that you are not happy with your order" and ask me how can they make it right. I basically asked them to just complete the order by shipping me the two missing bags. After a week of silence from their end, decided to send a second email. I believe in giving businesses a second chance to make things right.  Mistakes are unavoidable but what sets one  apart from another is the way they handle them.Unfortunately, School Health Corporation decided to ignore my third email and not bother completing the order. Needless to say they will not be getting my business ever again. Not because of their mistake but for they way the handle it.Few weeks after this review the manager contacted me apologizing for my experience and offer to rectify it. For that reason I changed my review from 1 to 4 stars.
