Client Review on Sapphire Accounting

We were referred to Sapphire by a friend and were unfortunately disappointed in their services. In the past I have completed our taxes myself, however wanted to save time this year and also needed advice on a couple things. Answers were unclear and incorrect. It took a long time to hear back from Dianne as apparently her other staff member was on vacation and she could not handle the workload. They then reported my maternity EI income as double what it should have been, which I thankfully discovered before signing my T183. I may as well have done my taxes myself again this year as it would have been easier than dealing with this firm. We won’t be using their services again.
