Not a great place if you are filing personal returns, and they are very poor with keeping customers engaged! However, I heard a few referrals speaking high of their business returns and I hope that may be the case. *The local radio bombard with their ads for this place, almost hourly basis, as business must be booming for them, good for them but certainly not so much otherwise!*Their customer service is sloppy, folks put in charge of receiving customers or answering calls could be a bit warm, and more professional! One annoying thing I see is they kept too focused on mere $5, $10 itemized charges all along and like a traffic light and imply that they stop proceeding further unless you pay that small token amount.. that's a small town mom-pop shop tactics and that should change! Be more transparent and forthright about one fixed charge and when small items change they'd just swallow 'cus some returns are merely keying in details into a pro-software! It's Mr. S, one person talent and the whole growth seems abrupt, unexpected and unprepared for and certainly they are no on par! I had to be really proactive and intervene at some point otherwise blindly following their initial advise would have cost me a VERY SIGNIFICANT tax burden! *Barring Mr. S, all others don't seem to know any more than a tax software would guide you so I place my bet that most, if not all, of us filing personal returns are better off just using a software and be well served!* You may be lucky to get Mr. S attention, unfortunately in my case even that didn't do much good with international tax treatment etc. *In essence, I don't recommend them for filing personal returns!*
