Completely Commercial . Me and my referred colleagues went to Sanjay tax Fremont location after 7yrs looking at rating & publicity on radio , but everyone of us felt we spent more money for less service. No support once your taxes are filed. For any questions you ask later you will get reply to book appointment for $$$ . Referral amount will get next time when you file again with him . Look for other options if you have. Just a simple thought if one is spending more time & money on advertising , the cost will be born by customers isn't it ? Definitely NOT Recommended.

Not a great place if you are filing personal returns, and they are very poor with keeping customers engaged! However, I heard a few referrals speaking high of their business returns and I hope that may be the case. *The local radio bombard with their ads for this place, almost hourly basis, as business must be booming for them, good for them but certainly not so much otherwise!*Their customer service is sloppy, folks put in charge of receiving customers or answering calls could be a bit warm, and more professional! One annoying thing I see is they kept too focused on mere $5, $10 itemized charges all along and like a traffic light and imply that they stop proceeding further unless you pay that small token amount.. that's a small town mom-pop shop tactics and that should change! Be more transparent and forthright about one fixed charge and when small items change they'd just swallow 'cus some returns are merely keying in details into a pro-software! It's Mr. S, one person talent and the whole growth seems abrupt, unexpected and unprepared for and certainly they are no on par! I had to be really proactive and intervene at some point otherwise blindly following their initial advise would have cost me a VERY SIGNIFICANT tax burden! *Barring Mr. S, all others don't seem to know any more than a tax software would guide you so I place my bet that most, if not all, of us filing personal returns are better off just using a software and be well served!* You may be lucky to get Mr. S attention, unfortunately in my case even that didn't do much good with international tax treatment etc. *In essence, I don't recommend them for filing personal returns!*

This is my second year with sanjaytaxpro, Last year I am in MI and sanjay helped me in doing my taxes personally.This year I moved into CA but could get it done very quickly speaking with sanjay,Very flexible,Very knowledgeable, and super quick.A pleasure to work with Sanjay and always willing to take the time to answer for any questions. Mr Sanjay is a dignified professional and his staff is very friendly and well communicative.Extremely professional , prompt in their response and they make complete effort in accessing your financial situation and needs. I would recommend to schedule an appointment for Fast service..

If you had a change of status from F1 to H-18 and are married you should only go to sanjay as they are the only ones who know how to handle this situation and get you maximum refund .Other places where I first enquired didn’t give me right answers and I am glad I found Sanjay Taxpro .

I usually file in turbo tax but this year I had a complication due to multiple real estate transactions where I needed a experienced CPA to handle it and I was quite amazed at Sanjay’s knowledge and expertise , he super quick in addressing all my questions and concerns . Will definitely take his help for my future tax filings as there are very few CPA’s who can handle complex taxation .

I have foreign financials and was not aware of disclosing them in USA and sanjay and his team Daniel helped me in streamlining and making me compliant and can’t thank them enough for their help. Would recommend anyone who has foreign financial-complexity to visit Sanjay.

These folks are awesome and it was hassle free and quick process for someone like me who doesn't understand anything about taxes and tax savings.It was very busy in the mid of april but my filing was done in an hr.Highly recommend!!

Took extension on my filing as it was little complex and approached them and the whole process was quick and easy and most of all my complex tax situation has been handled by CPA sanjay himself and he is very knowledgeable and thorough with what he was doing . Would highly recommend anyone with any kind of complex taxes to approach Sanjay .

I have been their client for 7 years and I file remotely. Initially I filed when I was in bayarea but then I relocated and moved to chicago and still use their services as they have all my records and it’s easy and quick for me as they understand my filing and tax situation and keep advising me for next year.

I approached them for audit service and sanjay saved me few thousand dollars where other tax consultants said I don’t have a case . He was quick and to the point and with in 4 weeks my audit got cleared . I can’t think of other Indian CPA who has that kind of knowledge and expertise.would definitely recommend anyone who has IRS audits
