The customer service is horrible at this bank. They do not help their clients and speak to you like your a child. Miriam, one of the management team members decided to yell at me on the phone and would not let me ask questions. I had to keep adding her to stop belittling me so i could ask her three questions i needed answers. I plan on closing mug account after 5-6 years and go to another bank. Horrible customer service!!!
