I used the Shipping Station to drop off multiple pre-paid packages nearly every day. Most ladies working there are sweet, pleasant and helpful - all but one, who could really use some customer service training! Dropped off a package one time and asked for a piece of tape to tape down a loose label - she gave me a piece but also made a snarky comment that they sell and charge for tape - ok, I understand, not like I took your entire roll - I took a 2" piece of tape, not a gold brick. today, I attempted to actually ship a package through them and asked for an overnight usps service - was blatantly told that "we don't do overnight". I guess she meant they don't have overnight flat rate boxes so after some conversation I asked to have them pack my box in one of their boxes for an overnight service (items were breakable so I asked for another box to put them in for extra cushion) The lady I was actually dealing with told me that the overnight service was not available to the addressed area so I asked for my items back. that's when the other woman butted into the transaction and asked the other lady to charge me for the box and the peanuts they were going to put my items in! REALLY? I wasn't about to take that box with me, nor was i walking out with their packing peanuts either - had no intention of walking out with anything other than my own box with my own items in it. would not dream of taking their box and their peanuts! and would have been perfectly happy to pay for them if they were actually used to ship my package, which they were not! her attitude is awful - she is rude, ignorant and extremely unpleasant. A little good customer service takes a business a long way. from today forward, I will not be dropping off my packages with them and I would strongly recommend you take the drive to the Saginaw USPS post office or for FedEx the FedEx office at Wal-Mart.
