I used the Shipping Station to drop off multiple pre-paid packages nearly every day. Most ladies working there are sweet, pleasant and helpful - all but one, who could really use some customer service training! Dropped off a package one time and asked for a piece of tape to tape down a loose label - she gave me a piece but also made a snarky comment that they sell and charge for tape - ok, I understand, not like I took your entire roll - I took a 2" piece of tape, not a gold brick. today, I attempted to actually ship a package through them and asked for an overnight usps service - was blatantly told that "we don't do overnight". I guess she meant they don't have overnight flat rate boxes so after some conversation I asked to have them pack my box in one of their boxes for an overnight service (items were breakable so I asked for another box to put them in for extra cushion) The lady I was actually dealing with told me that the overnight service was not available to the addressed area so I asked for my items back. that's when the other woman butted into the transaction and asked the other lady to charge me for the box and the peanuts they were going to put my items in! REALLY? I wasn't about to take that box with me, nor was i walking out with their packing peanuts either - had no intention of walking out with anything other than my own box with my own items in it. would not dream of taking their box and their peanuts! and would have been perfectly happy to pay for them if they were actually used to ship my package, which they were not! her attitude is awful - she is rude, ignorant and extremely unpleasant. A little good customer service takes a business a long way. from today forward, I will not be dropping off my packages with them and I would strongly recommend you take the drive to the Saginaw USPS post office or for FedEx the FedEx office at Wal-Mart.

They do not accommodate Military mail rate. Actually charge double for flat rate priority boxes. Should not be taking advantage of our deployed Military to make a profit on your business especially during Christmas!

I have been going here for some time, and although I feel they're overpriced the employees are very helpful and friendly and that's why I'm giving the second star. However I dropped in to drop off a UPS package (other places tend to have a drop box) and the owner was helping someone so when she went to do a copy (I did not interrupt her nor was I asking her to do anything) I asked if there was a drop box and she took the most condescending, scolding tone with me and it was completely uncalled for. I was not being rude and she had zero need to be rude to me. I will not be back. The only saving grace of this place was the customer service and she ruined that.

Went here to get a paper notarized. The employees are very nice and welcoming. Kellie was great to work with. She helped us get our documents printed out and notarized. Didn't know that UPS picked up here as well as FedEx. I was able to drop my pkg here instead of driving to UPS. I will definitely be coming here, it's a one stop shop. Definitely recommend it!!

I've dealt with a number of these type of shipping/mailbox places and have to say so far this one has proven to be a fantastic experience. Their boxes are reasonably priced, their staff very friendly/happy to help and I receive an email each time a package arrives with tracking, who it came from, and a brief general description. I've had 100s of packages shipped here, none missing (unlike other similar places). My experience with Saginaw Shipping has been great!
