I spoke with several other attorneys before settling on Joe and my first impression was that not only was he knowledgeable about labor law but he also understood the nuances of public agency. As important as his knowledge of the law was, I was impressed that he listened, he understood, and he gave me feedback that helped me understand what I could expect throughout the process. I appreciated Joe's collaborative approach and sound judgement as he worked through several scenarios to bring the situation to a successful close.
