I have worked at Roehl transport for 15 years, and I have worked at other trucking companies. Roehl is the only place I've been that people will go out of their way to help you succeed. They are constantly training not just drivers, but other employees as well. Roehl is a driver focused company. All other departments; operations, maintenance, the IT department, and even building and grounds department are all focused on helping our drivers succeed. At Roehl no one is just a truck number, you are team member of one of the greatest companies. I know that no company is perfect, yet for every one bad issue you may point to, I can show you 20 more great successes. I love the opportunity to serve our drivers. Remember without drivers, I believe our country would start to shut down. Roehl transport is greatest place I've worked for, and hope to retire from here.
