I never sit for aload I only do a 34 if I want to or have ran all my recaps out and can't move I like roehl just don't like the Bendix and camera other then that I get my miles and make some good money to and they will work with you if you work with them

This is my 4th driving company I've worked for and I've found where I'm gonna stay. Like another review said you want really appreciate this place unless you worked for others. Being a driver is not for everyone and I think that's what most of these one star reviews are they are just not drivers (no shame in that). They pay me well never miss hometime my FM actually cares how I'm doing and HUGE on being safe. Only 4 stars because bringing my dog with was not cheap but you get most of it back when you leave

They treated new drivers well, training was good, loved the flexible schedules, only real disappointment was a few of the dispatchers assigned to new drivers were very unhelpful and rude, I nearly quit because of them but other drivers persuaded me to stay, when I was assigned a regular dispatcher she was awesome!

My brother in law worked here. Was treated like dirt. A guy named Bevon using driver's for a stepping stone to work his way up the food chain here. My brother in law told me that he could be fifteen minutes from a customer appointment wouldn't be seven AM but his break would be over at two AM and they would want him to drive down to the customer and set on the street with his four ways on and on duty until the customer opened. Very dangerous this man didn't care about the safety of drivers or the motoring public.Wouldn't recommend this coming to anyone. Thanks Vicki Maddox

I worked here a few years back, had a rough start but it was my first driving job, but once I got the hang of it and a good fleet manager the job got easier. Just like any other job you take on, you get out of it what you put into it, the only reason I left was I was missing everything and every game my son was playing and doing in middle school. I live in Springfield MO and that's where the headquarters for Prime is and after seeing the morons they hire I wouldn't work for anyone else but Roehl!!!

Out of all big trucking companies, roehl definitely is a more comfortable and safer with better pay trucking companies out there. I quit only because I got used to showering everyday, being with my family and sleeping home in my bed. But if anyany is looking to be out on the road I would recommend roehl!

I have worked at Roehl transport for 15 years, and I have worked at other trucking companies. Roehl is the only place I've been that people will go out of their way to help you succeed. They are constantly training not just drivers, but other employees as well. Roehl is a driver focused company. All other departments; operations, maintenance, the IT department, and even building and grounds department are all focused on helping our drivers succeed. At Roehl no one is just a truck number, you are team member of one of the greatest companies. I know that no company is perfect, yet for every one bad issue you may point to, I can show you 20 more great successes. I love the opportunity to serve our drivers. Remember without drivers, I believe our country would start to shut down. Roehl transport is greatest place I've worked for, and hope to retire from here. I work for a great company and an even greater boss, thanks for everything you and Roehl have done for me.
