!!!!!! I have no idea how this place is in business. I agree with all 1 star reviews as it is a similar script. The staff acts as though they couldn’t care less about you. Reception is a NIGHTMARE. I’ve tried to talk to someone for a week and have been directed to a new person each time who has zero ability to answer the phone or emails. I called reception and as I was explaining my situation, the woman interrupted me and continued to talk over me as I was still speaking with a terrible attitude. I then asked if she could just listen to what I was saying and she STILL talked over me with an immature tone of voice. I have reported to the BBB because I genuinely do not know how they have stayed in business this long. Very corrupt and severely unprofessional.
