!!!!!! I have no idea how this place is in business. I agree with all 1 star reviews as it is a similar script. The staff acts as though they couldn’t care less about you. Reception is a NIGHTMARE. I’ve tried to talk to someone for a week and have been directed to a new person each time who has zero ability to answer the phone or emails. I called reception and as I was explaining my situation, the woman interrupted me and continued to talk over me as I was still speaking with a terrible attitude. I then asked if she could just listen to what I was saying and she STILL talked over me with an immature tone of voice. I have reported to the BBB because I genuinely do not know how they have stayed in business this long. Very corrupt and severely unprofessional.

If I could give a negative star I would. At first they were a good company to work with, the first job I had I loved but they let me go due to budget cuts. They then asked me to interview for in-house as a receptionist but they never called me to let me know if I got the job and then a week after I left they called me for another job. I left that one due to being disrespected by the person that I was reporting too and I informed the agency about it and told them that I did not feel comfortable going back. They told me that I should stay there for at least 2 more days till they found a replacement. I told them that I didn’t comfortable going back and as due to me leaving the disrespect will get worse which would cause me to not be professional and be disrespectful right back. They continued to insist that I stay. I then told them that I’ll do it. Unfortunately that Monday that I was suppose to go back my husband got into a car accident and could not go for the 2 days. They told me that when something comes up that they would let me know. I’ve emailed and called numerous times to ask if they have any work available. It’s been a few weeks and I still have not received an answer. This company picks and choose what people they want to get jobs for. If they don’t like you or you “screw them over” they just choose to ignore you and don’t help you anymore. I have to say they are very unprofessional and I would advise not to work with them because if you do one wrong move they basically hold it against you and just don’t help you find a job anymore.

I loved working for RH three years ago. Each opportunity I had left great reviews which plays a part in getting offered the next opportunity. All I can say is Thank you Lauren for my current employer who hired me.

They do not answer the phone in the NYC for the creative group. Ive been trying to get in contact with someone for 3 days!

This place is absolutely terrible. They don't answer the phone, don't send you job notifications, and don't connect you with any jobs. I don't even see how they are in business. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.

I've attempted to work with their Creative Group and despite being qualified for a number of positions posted on their web site (15+ years experience), I've yet to obtain an interview or even a nibble. When I phoned Elle, the woman who did my intake interview, she snapped at me to use their web site and basically didn't want to be bothered.

Ugghhhhh!!!! That's to say the least. I have been applying for different positions with them for almost a year and they have never given me work! I reach out through email and phone but I never get a response. A recruiter named Britney called me once and told me she would put me on their calendar for a week assignment. When I called back to get the confirmation, I was always sent to voicemail. This place is a joke. Sorry nut they can't be that busy where they never return a phone call or email. If I could give negative stars I would!!!!!
