We decided to setup a new payroll company out of the St George office and we have had nothing but trouble. HORRIBLE communication, payroll dates continued to be delayed, and they never met a single deadline. This is something I would expect from a company that is soon to be going out of business.We started talking with them on March 13th 2018. They told us they could have everything set up on April 1. We felt that was a bit of a stretch so we told them May 1 would be acceptable. Dozens of emails without any response and here we are, May 17, and the first payroll finally processed. Our insurance was supposed to begin on May 1 and it is now May 18 and I still do not have a way to access my insurance information/cards/etc. I feel like the biggest problem is there level of communication. It seems as though they wont respond unless I put a half dozen people from their company on the email thread, including Josh. I have heard nothing but praise about Josh when reading the reviews. My recommendation would be that if you don't have Josh as your point person, don't use this company unless you are more than happy to have nothing but unmet expectations and constant delays. I'm already looking for a new company to handle our payroll. This is ridiculous!
