This PEO has provided the best service in HR, Payroll, and Benefits Administration that I have experienced in my entire business career of 28 years.

The employees at Resource Management, Inc. are the most dedicated and hard-working individuals I have ever known. RMI has managed my payroll and benefits for 17+ years and it has been such a great experience.

Feedback:

Professional Account Managers who are responsive to questions and special requests. The Benefits staff is great, they answer our employees requests. They answer a question so an employee can understand their options. RMI has been right on top of everything and keeps us out of trouble and completely inline. Their service has been flawless.

Good company that provides an all around payroll service: benefits, garnishments, taxes, unemployment claims, etc. They will work with you to ensure things are done correctly and timely.

I had a business for 11 yrs and I have to tell you rmi is the worst. The other employees have auto deposits. They get the deposit on Thursday. Our scheduled payday is Friday. I receive my check on Saturday, on Monday ,and sometimes Tuesday. Not acceptable. Never had this problem with paychex.not happy I going to talk to the boss about switching services. Not happy at all. Very aggravated. 😠

They suck. They take forever to get back to you about anything, they do whatever they can to not pay out benefits, and they constantly make mistakes on employees paychecks CONSTANTLY. I honestly hate that we use this payroll company. Dont think it'll be more than 5 years before they take a plunge because of the way things are being run.

We decided to setup a new payroll company out of the St George office and we have had nothing but trouble. HORRIBLE communication, payroll dates continued to be delayed, and they never met a single deadline. This is something I would expect from a company that is soon to be going out of business.We started talking with them on March 13th 2018. They told us they could have everything set up on April 1. We felt that was a bit of a stretch so we told them May 1 would be acceptable. Dozens of emails without any response and here we are, May 17, and the first payroll finally processed. Our insurance was supposed to begin on May 1 and it is now May 18 and I still do not have a way to access my insurance information/cards/etc. I feel like the biggest problem is there level of communication. It seems as though they wont respond unless I put a half dozen people from their company on the email thread, including Josh. I have heard nothing but praise about Josh when reading the reviews. My recommendation would be that if you don't have Josh as your point person, don't use this company unless you are more than happy to have nothing but unmet expectations and constant delays. I'm already looking for a new company to handle our payroll. This is ridiculous!
