Reliant is one of the best staffing firms I've worked with. I was at a transition point in my career, where I was looking to move in a different direction than my prior positions. Max, and Vaughna especially, were great in helping me explore options and opportunities that fit MY needs. For most staffing and recruiting agencies, it's about filling openings as quickly as possible.
