I am in complete agreement with comments I read here – the staff I came in contact with at Reliant is professional, knowledgeable and caring. It is also pretty clear that this comes from the leadership of the owner - Vaughna embodies professionalism and care, and yes, she is absolutely amazing to work with. I am grateful for the assistance I received in getting back to work after leaving behind career that no longer suited me. I told Vaughna I wanted to try out different industries and find the right fit. She heard what I said and did not do what other agents attempted to do - she did not push me in the direction that would be the easiest to place me in based on the experience in one particular industry. Instead, Vaughna and Alex worked to find different options, to help highlight transferable skills and to place me in industry different from what would be the easier "sell" for the agency. I truly appreciate having them on my side.I have recommended this agency to others and am happy to put it in writing – this is a terrific group of people to work with! One other important thing about the agency is the benefits. I was pleased with medical insurance and was pleasantly surprised when I saw PTO earned while working as a subcontractor. This is an all around positive experience!

Reliant Search is not like any other agency I've worked with; they truly want to find a perfect fit for both employee and employer. Vaughna is absolutely amazing! I went 6 months on my own trying to re-enter the workforce after being a stay-at-home mom for many years, and I was so defeated by getting nowhere. Then stepped in Vaughna with Reliant Search. Not only did she make sure I was better prepared for jumping back into the workforce, she really worked hard to get me the absolute perfect job. If you want quality results in finding work or finding a candidate for your job opening, you HAVE to go with Reliant Search!

Great staff! Friendly, and very helpful. After a long search with other companies, I finally started to work with Reliant. They quickly matched me with the perfect position at a great company. I can't say enough about how amazing the Vaughna and the staff at Reliant is. I was a new candidate and they took the time to really get to know me, to work with me structuring my resume for what I was looking for, to give me amazing tips on how to handle interviews which have been somewhat difficult for me. Within 24 hours I had an interview. I have spent almost a month looking for work without much luck and with disappointment from other staffing agencies who spent little to no time with me and left me feeling like it was a wasted effort. Reliant was a decidedly better experience. I highly, highly recommend them!

I'd give zero if I could. First, the founder/owner left her desk at the time we agreed on for me to call her and I was on hold; then she proceeded to ask me why I didn't have a higher GPA in college (mine was above a 3.0), and then found it appropriate to correct my (correct) language...over the phone. She actually laughed at me when I said the average amount of hours worked in society (I said 40) within the conversation and corrected me again. The manner in which she asked, "why haven't you been able to find a job?" was so demeaning, I'm not sure why I agreed to meet in person the next day; I did in the hopes she'd be able to help me out. So I went in the next day to meet with her and she was not in the office, she was outside walking her dog (not something I'd usually be irritated by, but after the day before it rubbed me the wrong way). There was no one else in the office and a woman named Nicole who came to the front desk got incredibly defensive when I asked how long it usually takes her to come back; I was uncomfortable from the start. Had she spoken like an adult, things may have unfolded a little differently. I waited a few minutes and decided to leave because had I been late, no doubt that'd had been considered unprofessional, as I had another appointment afterward. Nicole gave me a nasty retort about the amount of time I'd have been there "anyway" with an unprofessional attitude, I felt like I was in high school again. When I ran into Vaughna (owner) in the hallway and let her know I was on my way out, she copped an attitude immediately and tried to make me feel guilty about her dog and proceeded to send me a passive-aggressive email afterward. Never have I felt so inconsequential. Terrible customer service. There's probably a good reason why their office was completely empty-people don't appreciate being treated rudely by "professionals" having no respect for others' time. Do yourself a favor-especially if you're young looking-because these people won't take you seriously-don't waste your time.

Reliant is one of the best staffing firms I've worked with. I was at a transition point in my career, where I was looking to move in a different direction than my prior positions. Max, and Vaughna especially, were great in helping me explore options and opportunities that fit MY needs. For most staffing and recruiting agencies, it's about filling openings as quickly as possible. Vaughna is one of the few recruiters that listened to my desires and goals, and didn't take it personally when I said I didn't think an opportunity was a good fit. Thanks, Vaughna and Max!

After a considerable time out of the job market, I was having a difficult time getting back on track. Vaughna took the time to review my resume and saw my potential. After an invaluable meeting, she helped me really understand my unique assets and guided an in-depth revision of my resume in order to present as a more attractive candidate. As a result, I was called for several interviews. Because of our conversation, I was confident and able to clearly communicate my strengths in these interviews and had two offers within a few weeks after our meeting. Vaughna is an invaluable ally for me and I highly recommend her for job seekers and hiring managers alike. She knows what she's doing!
