Nasty, unhelpful, and very unfriendly guy working there. Waited 15 minutes for him to reopen after lunch. (No big deal) Apparently I did not have the correct form for my screening, which could've been taken care of with one phone call to my employer. As a courtesy, I left my phone in my car. When it became apparent that he refused to assist me further I told him that I would call my employer. When I went to my car for my phone, he helped the only other person there, who literally just walked in and waited like 30 seconds. So I waited another 25 minutes before walking out. I'll find another place for my screening and DOT physical before dealing with this ignorant jerk again. Your horrible Yelp reviews are very accurate. Here's a hint guys, post your phone and fax number where your customers can see it, or place business cards out. All I needed was your fax number to get the correct form sent.Allow me to correct your response. I was not upset or frustrated by the fact that my employer gave me the incorrect paperwork. Don't patronize me! And don't mischaracterize my complaint. I am upset by the fact that you did NOTHING to help me get the correct paperwork. My employer has a national account with your company. This would have taken you about 45 seconds. I DID NOT LEAVE YOUR FACILITY TO CALL MY EMPLOYER. I left your facility to retrieve my phone because it was clear that you would not assist me further. It took me literally 5 seconds to retrieve my phone from my truck and reenter your place (the door hadn't even closed yet when you rudely went on to the next person)And I noticed that you didn't address your rudeness. Seems that I am not alone in my opinion of your demeanor. I am genuinely shocked that you are the owner of this place.

Fast, efficient, polite, courteous and professional. Staff was extremely knowledgeable with regards to collection process. Scott answered all of our questions before we set our company up with Rapid Test Center for all our testing needs. Testing Facilities were clean and well organized. My employees were in and out quickly, which saved my company time and money. Scott was FANTASTIC!!!Thank you yet again!

To owner, There is no record of me being fingerprinted at your facility with my mother going to be fingerprinted at your facility the same day because one of your associates kicked us out due to coming at a time "you supposedly close" even though we came at the right designated time. Please don't falsify the incident and instead hire knowledgeable and respectful staff members who are not counting down the time they are working and instead taking the time of their work to assist the people coming in for fingerprinting service.

Go elsewhere if you can. The guy that took care of me was acting like he had something up his butt the whole time. I asked him about where could I rinse my hands after using their soap. His reply, "Well, I'd use the sink". The sink he referred to was the one inside the bathroom which in most places, like Concentrate, that's a big no no, which is why they tell you to rinse elsewhere (hence why I asked). He even interrupted me when I was speaking and didn't apologize or anything. I also asked if he could dispose of a paper I had because it had personal info and I didn't want to carry around such thing. He wouldn't take it despite being a facility that handles/disposes people's info all the time.

Choose somewhere else if you don’t want this weirdo taking your fate into his own hands. He purposely makes you go twice by lying and saying the first sample is out of range just to make you dump it out and go again, it’s a power trip “if your black” these this assumption of cheating are normal and completely out landish. The good comments are obviously bots or ppl from the company.

Truck drivers: I had to do my random drug test. I left my truck at the exit near to office and just walked in. Easy took me about 30 min. I did my rest time and continued to my delivery. Friendly gentleman no issues.

I called last minute and Scott had to stay a little later, took his own time out to help me. I had my results within two hours. I could not be more happy with the way the team had me in and out in no-time. Highly recommend this business for anyone who needs the results fast and professionally done. Also you cannot beat the price!! GREAT JOB! RAPID RESPONSE I GET YOUR VOTE.

I am the HR Manager of a local company and we use Rapid Test Center for our drug testing and DOT physicals when possible. They have the best customer service and are very knowledgeable. I consider them a partner in our quest to have a safe drug-free work place. What other people may call rude and unfriendly I see as direct, to the point and not wasting time. They would not be able to get people in and out as quickly if they chit chatted with every person who walked in. All of my experiences with Dan & Scott have been positive and I am glad to have found this company!

The guy over there "Scott"Is like a robot which is not designed for facial expreions, when you ask a question, he makes you feel like a dumpass.No smile, very monotonic and unfriendly.Not going back again.
