My girlfriend and I had a great experience here. We showed up at 830 with no appointment and left by 915. Check in was electronic and they have a TV displaying the patient order and approximate wait time. Evana was extremely kind and absolutely painless with the needle. She was very accommodating for my girlfriend, who usually has trouble giving blood.I had mixed feelings heading in because of the bad reviews but I noticed that all the bad reviews were over a year old and all the recent reviews were good.
