This place is terrible. There's absolutely no one at the counter. Tablet check in ONLY. The bathroom is in the hallway. Locked. I came here for a gloucose test which already has a wait time of an hour after you drink it. And they couldn't give it to me when I got here to lessen my wait time

My girlfriend and I had a great experience here. We showed up at 830 with no appointment and left by 915. Check in was electronic and they have a TV displaying the patient order and approximate wait time. Evana was extremely kind and absolutely painless with the needle. She was very accommodating for my girlfriend, who usually has trouble giving blood.I had mixed feelings heading in because of the bad reviews but I noticed that all the bad reviews were over a year old and all the recent reviews were good.

We have gone here a few times now for needed biometrics and blood tests and every time the associates that work here have been as patient as they can be with many different walks of life. People are people and to be as nice as they are here, God bless them. Imagine answering people's questions daily and keeping a smile on...Kudos!!!

I hesitated to go to this location because I had more than one, not so good, experiences here. HOWEVER, i went there today for some routine lab work and was in and out if there in 45 minutes! I didnt have an appointment but they have a new syatem that works like a charm. I would suggest an appointment, but if u want to walk in, like i did, the system works great! The system honors appointments ahead of walk ins and it works like a charm.

I went here about a year ago and the place was a mess with paperwork all over the desk, people yelling about waiting for hours and the staff seemed like the couldn’t care lessFast forward a year and I walk in on a Saturday morning prepared to wait. I check in and within 5 minutes I am called back. The young lady working was friendly and professional. She retrieved my faxed Rx and discussed the process with me. I have to get bloodwork done fairly often and had been avoiding this location but it seems like they have gotten some new employees who are friendly and happy to be there. I’m not scared to get blood drawn but if I was , she was so fast, I didn’t really feel it. Thank you!
