Tried twice to talk to someone about a pt’s standing order. Waited 20 minutes the first time, with a repeated “We are currently assisting another caller at the present time. Please continue to hold for assistance.” Second time, same recording and still holding. Hmmmm....I don’t think they’re going to pick up! Also, the voice on the recording is creepy af. May want to change that up, Quest Diagnostic Clinical Laboratories.
