Linda's blood draws are the best! I am a very difficult person to get blood from. My veins are tiny and well hidden in between bone and muscles. All my life, blood draws consisted of painful digging in my arm, nurses giving up and calling the more experienced person to try to do it. One nurse said: "You are officially my most difficult patient ever to get blood from - second only to a 400lb woman" she had to take blood from at one time. One nurse said: "In cases like yours, we have to cut to get blood from you." Anyhow, it was NO BIG DEAL for Linda. She knew exactly what to do. I hydrated well and she applied heat (she said that really helps) and it did! I forgot to fill in a survey card for her - so I hope she gets credit for taking blood from the "officially most difficult patient to get blood from" ... THANKS, Linda! I won't let anyone but you take blood from me now!

I took my mother here to get her bloodwork done. I made the appt online, very easy. Then, when we got there, check in was really easy. There's a little podium where you enter your info & your ck'd in...easy. The person who took my mom was Mark. He is the only man that works there. He is very nice. I warned him that my mom is a "hard stick" because it usually takes several tries to get blood. He got her on the 2nd try, which is very good for my mom!! This place was clean & the people were nice. I'll be taking her back for future bloodwork. He said you can request a person to do your blood draws, so I will request him in the future.

I had a month lapse in my daughters health insurance. She needed to have a test run so our physician's office called around to see which local lab was the most cost effective. Quest quoted my physician $80 for the test. We dropped off the sample (for which we had to wait over an hour) at which time I paid the quoted amount $80... but a week later we received an invoice for an additional $160 due. I called to dispute but the person said I had no recourse unless the doctor had a written quote from Quest, which they did not. I feel this is very unethical to quote the doctors office and then charge me three times the amount. I will make a conscious effort from this point forward to choose a different company now that our insurance has been restored!

I like them. I tend to be more of a walk in and sure, I pay for that in my wait time, but what am I going to do? It has to be done. The people I have encountered are always really nice and very encouraging, especially during my most embarrassing of moments, and I appreciate their heart in it all. I used to go to another lab for all of my stuff and for me, I'm glad I switched. I really like this group.

I have used this lab many times an have always been pleased with the service. Sometimes it busy an the wait longer than other times but all the staff pleasant an seem to work very efficiently. I used the phone automated service to make appointments an it has worked fine for me an I’m not that computer literate lol

I have NEVER had a problem at Quest. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I can view my results online and Dr. Gets reports quickly.
