Terrible, terrible experience today. I come to this place every time I need a blood work done. Up until today Anthony was always there and he and the team have always been amazing- nice, pleasant, quick and the blood drawing itself was (almost) painless, while there was hardly any line (I've been going there for the last 4 years). When I walked in this morning around 7.45am, there were another 9 patients waiting. There was no pen to sign in so I put my own pen so that other patients could sign in and the phlebotomist doesn't have to be interrupted. Finally the phlebotomist comes out after helping one patient. It was not Anthony or any of the staff that I have met there before. She makes a phone call, types on her computer, and after probably 15 minutes asks for the next patient. Very slow. She saw the pen and asked whose it was. When I answered she looked at me and put it down in the very opposite direction to where I was sitting. She was very rude when I said that she could have just given it to me. Her behavior was uncalled for, unnecessary and extremely unfriendly. There is no excuse for that. I walked out, I would not let someone like her ever touch me yet alone draw my blood. Patients beware! Not sure whether Anthony has left but if so that's a huge shame and I would love to find out what location he moved to.
