Never again!! Can’t find the doctor order for tests, no ownership of the problem, fortunately my doctor was able to fax over the order. 15 min process became a 45min hassle.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Sharon Fray is unnecessarily RUDE. I walked in and said good morning (first patient) and didnt even acknowledge. I waited around for 15 minutes, until she said "check in on that ipad right there". Then when I finished, i just waited around, and she said to me "SIT DOWN" NOT you may take a seat, please sit and wait, or simply, we'll be right with you, please sit down. People like her shouldnt have a job dealing with customers. Seriously!

Terrible, terrible experience today. I come to this place every time I need a blood work done. Up until today Anthony was always there and he and the team have always been amazing- nice, pleasant, quick and the blood drawing itself was (almost) painless, while there was hardly any line (I've been going there for the last 4 years). When I walked in this morning around 7.45am, there were another 9 patients waiting. There was no pen to sign in so I put my own pen so that other patients could sign in and the phlebotomist doesn't have to be interrupted. Finally the phlebotomist comes out after helping one patient. It was not Anthony or any of the staff that I have met there before. She makes a phone call, types on her computer, and after probably 15 minutes asks for the next patient. Very slow. She saw the pen and asked whose it was. When I answered she looked at me and put it down in the very opposite direction to where I was sitting. She was very rude when I said that she could have just given it to me. Her behavior was uncalled for, unnecessary and extremely unfriendly. There is no excuse for that. I walked out, I would not let someone like her ever touch me yet alone draw my blood. Patients beware! Not sure whether Anthony has left but if so that's a huge shame and I would love to find out what location he moved to.

My review has gone up today from the review of last year. Donna behind the desk was courteous and professional. I did not have to wait the 15 mins that their board stated, but only 5 and Michelle drew my blood painlessly and was so friendly. Glad I returned.

As I walked in I signed in machine,immediately I was called. I asked SHARON the lab tech a simple question. “I have to be at work at 9 AM I’m not sure what you have in front of me, so would I be out before then.And as rude as she can be SHARON the lab technician from the Caribbean kiss her teeth and said I’m helping you know. Sucked her teeth again mush up her face and proceeded to talk under her teeth.I said excuse me did you say something She responded as rude as she can be and said ME helping you now Requested my insurance information asked me was I the primary I said no and as Rude as she can be again she says then WHO I certainly understand working with the public can be quite difficult however attitude reflects leadership and I am sure she is not leading any other lab technicians or anyone else in that office because bad attitude start from the top I do hope her attitude changes throughout the day to make her day better In the future I will go elsewhere I hope someone reads this

I had a very fast and easy experience. Anthony was very nice. I was in and out of there in under 5 minutes. No one else was in the waiting room, which helped.
