Tried calling twice to make an appointment and both times there wasn't an answer, and the voicemail is full. Ended up heading in to see what was up and thankfully an appointment isn't needed to be seen.I told the girl administering the test (I believe her name was Alexis) that I have a prescription for a Schedule II medication and as such my test might come back positive, and asked her what I should do. I expected there to be somewhere on the paperwork for me to specify that or something. She said they can't do anything and I'd have to let my employer themselves know. Once I did that, my employer told me that Quest would assign someone to look into my results and secure proof of my prescription. So, that's really awesome that that girl didn't know what she was talking about and I unnecessarily disclosed personal health information to my employer.

The phlebotomist is wonderful! If you've got hard veins to locate she's the girl for you! She's been at this location for 2 yrs and I wouldn't go anywhere else! She's never had to prick me a second(3rd OR 4th time!) Many people would resort to my hands for a vein & my juggular even once! She should be teaching her expertise but I'm super glad to have my blood drawn by her! Kuddos!!!

I love this location. I'm always in and out quickly. And the nurses are great with blood draws. I couldn't even feel it. It was the best blood draw I've ever had. Highly recommend this location

The young lady is very pleasant and makes you feel comfortable. She does a wonderful job drawing blood without pain!!
