I came to this Quest Diagnoses because I had read bad reviews of the one on Coriopolis Heights Rd. I was pleasantly surprised to get in quickly. Once I was in the precedure was fast and painless. Kudos to Corey. Best phlebotomist I've ever had.

Walked in without an appointment at 11:30 on a Thursday and they took me immediately - in and out in 5 minutes. The phlebotomist was kind, efficient, and friendly. Started getting busy as I was leaving, so try to beat the lunch rush.

To all the people complaining about quest not answering the phone. Here's a tip they cannot take a needle out of an arm to answer the phone. Call the main office If you're trying to make an appt there is a special # for that or schedule on line

This lab is a joke. Although getting in to get blood work drawn is quick and efficient, their customer service and communication with doctors offices is horrible. I've had labs drawn here twice and both times it has taken almost 2 weeks to get the results to the doctors. I gave them a pass on the first time, as they didn't have the correct fax number for my doctor. The second time, however, I confirmed that they had the correct fax number and explained the mishap on the previous blood draw. Well, my doctor still does not have my blood results and I had to personally email my results from MyQuest (which I applaud them for that service, at least). Their call center is absolutely impossible. You're on hold for 20-30 minutes each time you call and I'm not even sure if you are speaking with someone that actually works in the office; I think it's a national call center... Just an awful experience. I won't be going to this lab or probably any other Quest Diagnostic labs anymore.
