Horrible person running front desk.. My husband went to get test done that his doctor sent over, he was told 2 of the test were not covered and it would be a $500 charge. He asked what 2 test they were and was told very rudely "ask your doctor" it is illegal to charge for services with out a explanation of services rendered for said payment... I will be reporting this to my husbands insurance company, doctor and medical board.. Also none of my family will use quest again.. You are not the only lab and I will gladly pay for my husbands test elsewhere knowing we have a explanation of what we are paying for...
