Rina is the best Phlebotomist I've ever had. My veins are the hardest to find and she never had an issue one stick and it was perfect. Before she started I even told her I was going to cry and that never happened. Thank you Rina as I told you in person I'm saying it again....you're the best!!!!

Walk in , no appointment. Was seen in 11 minutes!Lab tech, Alexa , was very professional , and explained everything very clearly!Had all procedures done in approx. 5 minutes !A+ for Alexa and Quest Diagnostics!

First time and last time. Very un professional. They yell from the back and call your name. There are other ways to call a patient with and appointment or no appointment to the back. Would NOT go back to that location.

Horrible service, been waiting here for over 2 hours , horrible customer service, need more employees, and horrible waiting time.You guys need to fix this because people have stuff to do. If your looking to come to this branch to get blood work or anything else done, Don’t come here on Monday’s nor Tuesdays. Go from Wednesday-Fri, or go to the ones in Walmart.HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Horrible person running front desk.. My husband went to get test done that his doctor sent over, he was told 2 of the test were not covered and it would be a $500 charge. He asked what 2 test they were and was told very rudely "ask your doctor" it is illegal to charge for services with out a explanation of services rendered for said payment... I will be reporting this to my husbands insurance company, doctor and medical board.. Also none of my family will use quest again.. You are not the only lab and I will gladly pay for my husbands test elsewhere knowing we have a explanation of what we are paying for...
