Don't like the way they talk , rude and no greeting.

Feedback:

Showed up for my monthly blood draw and was told that my 'standing order' had expired. The woman said that it might take a while and I shouldn't while she called MD. Fair enough.I returned 3 days later and she said that they hadn't received order yet, she could not call while I waited. I called Md office who told me that order was sent in 4/22. The office said that they confirmed by phone that Quest had received it.Returned to Quest 3rd time, same woman we don't have it. She refused to call Cohasset office to see if it was sent there instead. She also refused to call my MD while I waited.intThe waiting room was empty.I tried to call Cohasset office, again could not get a human to speak to. So I drove 22 miles to the Cohasset office, they had my order sitting in a draw, if it had been entered into the system, this whole situation would have been avoided.

Not good. No greeting, very rude. I went down the street to another lab and got treated was the respect I deserve. I will never go back!

The best ! LAUREN has taken care of me and drawn my blood for 7years . They have new staff now as well and although I don't know their names they are friendly and do a wonderful job!! Thank you for always taking great care!

What an amazing experience my 6 year old daughter had for her first blood drawing. My daughter went to have blood drawn at the Plymouth Quest off Exit 5 in Plymouth. I was nervous as was my daughter who had never had blood drawn before. The staff there were nothing short of amazing to her and to me. Three staff people came in and made casual conversation a 6 year old can connect with - like ice cream and summer time etc. The woman who drew her blood said she would explain everything before she did anything and this helped my daughter so much. I was so touched and impressed with how they handled a child and it made me tear up thinking how much it meant to me how they handled her. I cannot say thank you enough to those three. I don't know their names but 3 of them who were working on Thursday July 28th around 10:30 am THANK YOU! You helped her have a positive first blood draw experience that she can take with her through her life.

Feedback:

Friendly staff but a closing time of 2:30pm is inconvenient if you work a 9-5 job. Also, the turn around time for results is about 1 week.
